These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://realaiadvantage.ca and any services offered by Real AI Advantage, a trade name of Danny Jeannot, operating as Real AI Advantage (Réel Avantage IA), NEQ 2273673774. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. SMS Messaging Program
If you provide your phone number and opt in, Real AI Advantage may send you text messages related to your inquiry or service, including lead follow-up, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support. Opt-in is collected through a dedicated, unchecked consent checkbox on our web forms — checking it is always optional and never required to submit a form.
Cancellation: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the number that messaged you. You’ll receive one confirmation message, then no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your plan.
Supported carriers: Our program works with major Canadian and U.S. wireless carriers, including Bell, Rogers, Telus, Fido, Videotron, Koodo, Freedom Mobile, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, among others.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province, to opt in.
We comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), applicable CTIA carrier guidelines, and Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (“Law 25”).
2. General Use of the Site
This website is owned and operated by Real AI Advantage (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
3. Services
Real AI Advantage provides AI-based lead response and automation implementation services for small home service trade businesses. Services are delivered based on agreed scope, deliverables, and timelines discussed with each client directly; these Terms do not replace a signed service agreement or proposal where one exists.
4. Intellectual Property
This site and its content are the property of Real AI Advantage and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, republish, or distribute site content without our permission.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Real AI Advantage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Province of Quebec.
